The Camera team focuses on user-experience, utilizing computer vision and image processing through machine learning. As a Hardware Operations Engineer on our team, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes — ensuring engineering teams have the right hardware in the right configurations at the right time to develop and validate the next generation of camera capabilities. You'll be the critical link between global supply partners and the engineers who depend on having the right devices to do their best work.
This role coordinates hardware needs across global supply partners and internal teams, forecasting demand, identifying constraints, and driving resolution to unblock engineering workflows. The Hardware Operations Engineer collaborates closely with supply chain partners, hardware allocation teams, and camera engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of hardware configurations, serving as the critical link between external manufacturing partners and internal engineering teams.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
