Role Summary
The Process Laboratory Engineer is responsible for leading, performing, and supporting laboratory and pilot-scale testing of solid/liquid separation processes. This role is key in providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring correct equipment sizing, process performance, and customer satisfaction. The engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Product Engineering, and Site Services to ensure world-class delivery and technical excellence.
Purpose of the Role
To act as a technical authority in sedimentation and filtration processes, overseeing the preparation, execution, and reporting of laboratory tests that support equipment design, performance validation, and process optimization. The Process Laboratory Engineer contributes directly to successful project delivery, technical proposals, commissioning support, and innovation in mineral processing.
