About the role:

Join our team as a “Hardware Engineer” and work from our office in InfoPark in 11th district, Budapest, Hungary . We also consider a mix between working from home and meeting with the team in the office.

The Hardware Engineer primary job is to develop and maintain hardware products in the instrumentation domain.

The primary responsibility is development of hardware products using sophisticated development technologies. Development includes design, modelling / simulation, prototyping, documentation, design for manufacturability and testability, design for quality, design for EMC. As the Hardware Engineer you will also be involved in participation in related testing.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant industry experience in hardware and system development, and:

At least 5+ years of relevant experience in HW circuit, module, and system design in one or more of the following fields:

  • measurement equipment design (essential)
  • analogue circuits
  • high current circuits or PSUs
  • digital HW design

Knowledge and willingness to perform end-to-end module and system design tasks (schematic, layout, first batch validation, system documentation, manufacturing documentation)

Understanding one or more of the following technologies:

  • analogue measurement technology (essential)
  • microelectronics
  • thermal aspects of electronics

User level knowledge of Xpedition or similar EDA tools

Experience in EMC engineering and testing of modules and systems is a plus

Ability to communicate in English, knowledge of Hungarian is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

The primary location for this opportunity is Hungary. The applicable salary range for this location is:

HUF10,460,200 – HUF18,305,400 (Hungary)

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
