Department/Employer Operating Hours 8am-5pm
How many hours per week are required? 8-10 hrs (negotiable)
Description of Primary Duties
Provide support to the Office of the Dean and Associate Dean in the McQueary College of Health and Human Services.
1. Clerical duties – Answer the main office phone and assist faculty/staff/students that walk into the office. Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
2. Complete a weekly PowerPoint for electronic displays.
3. Title and log incoming paperwork from college departments. Scan and organize documents.
4. Drop-off and pick-up documents from on-campus buildings.
5. Other duties as assigned by Dean, Associate Dean, and Executive Assistant.
Required Qualifications
Student will need knowledge of general office equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers. Student must have Microsoft Office and customer service skills. Student must have the ability to maintain confidential information.
