We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data DevOps Engineer to join our delivery team. This role is responsible for establishing and optimizing CI/CD, automation, infrastructure deployment and operational engineering practices for a scalable, governed, enterprise-grade data platform that becomes the single source of truth for analytics, AI and operational use cases — enabling self-service, accelerating data product delivery and powering data-driven transformation.

Responsibilities
- Assess current deployment and release practices for the platform
- Define and implement the DevOps strategy for Microsoft Fabric
- Configure and optimize repositories, branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment processes and establish Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) patterns where applicable
- Implement environment promotion processes to support seamless transitions across development, staging and production
- Integrate automated deployments with operational monitoring tools to ensure platform reliability and visibility
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data governance and AI teams to enable efficient and secure delivery workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD, automation and infrastructure deployment
- Strong hands-on skills in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
- Expertise in configuring repositories, branching and deployment automation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments
- Experience integrating operational monitoring with deployment pipelines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
