About This Role

We are currently searching for a Revenue Analyst whose mission is to improve Ria's position in the Canadian market by developing relationships and helping our agents to increase the number of new clients and the loyalty of the existing ones. By analyzing changing market conditions, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a competitor benchmark to understand Ria's position and work with various departments to ensure continued growth. Communication with the sales team and our agents is an important way to build a strong relationship and necessary to fuel growth in market share.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Control of revenue KPIs in Canada
• Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast
• Analyze trends/changes to transaction levels
• Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.
• Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain relationships with our agents.

Position Requirements

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Advanced English level
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-taskand strong communications skills (written and oral)

Desirable

• Previous experience working with excel reports
• Intermediate French level
• Customer care or sales experience is a plus.
• Previous experience as a revenue analyst is highly desirable
