POSITION SUMMARY: The Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to employees across the organization. This role focuses on facilitating learning programs that support employee onboarding, skill development, and organizational culture. The facilitator ensures a positive learning experience and encourages active participation, while maintaining consistency in content delivery.
