The AMER Schedule Controls Manager is responsible for providing centralized scheduling expertise across the AMER construction portfolio — ensuring schedule spec adherence, conducting weekly schedule quality reviews on active builds, and driving consistency in delivery methodology across all clusters. Schedule Controls Managers are constantly challenged to validate schedule assumptions against contractual milestones, identify risks to committed dates, and partner with TiPMs, Construction, and Pre-Con teams to ensure our data centers are delivered on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and technical efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
As a Schedule Controls Manager, you will be part of a highly efficient team providing centralized scheduling expertise across the AMER construction portfolio. AMER Schedule Controls ensures schedule spec adherence, drives delivery methodology consistency, and validates schedule assumptions on the most complex data center builds in the world.
You'll navigate complex scheduling challenges at the portfolio, cluster, and project level. You'll scrutinize schedules, identify critical paths, validate delivery methodology assumptions, and collaborate with TiPMs, Construction, and Pre-Con teams to conduct weekly schedule quality reviews and validate inputs for planning cycles.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
