Responsibilities
- Perform a gap analysis of the existing data and AI architecture
- Design and deliver a unified data platform spanning Snowflake and AWS
- Define AI workflow architecture that scales and minimizes technical debt
- Collaborate with senior leadership and data platform teams to align priorities
- Review, guide, and contribute to code development to support delivery
- Drive best practices across data engineering and AI architecture

Requirements
- Proven track record with 9+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AI/data transformations
- Deep expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling and performance tuning
- Hands-on proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, and IAM
- Strong skills in Python and advanced SQL for data platform development
- Practical familiarity with Kafka and Airflow in production environments
- Solid background in AI/ML workflows and agent-based systems
- Clear understanding of data platform consolidation strategies and trade-offs
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
