1.有光通信系统相关的软件架构及设计经验，如模型驱动和数据驱动；通用业务控制及管理，性能优化及运营管理，有丰富的需求分析和设计经验.
2.有光通信系统相关的软件开发经验，熟悉通用业务控制及管理, 有软件技术负责人经验.
3.有光通信系统设备组网经验，熟悉3层协议，BGP, OSPF.
4.有嵌入式设备以太网交换芯片配置经验，bringup相关经验，如Marvell系列.
5.有SONiC相关经验
6.有嵌入式设备软件开发经验，了解通用业务控制及管理基本功能,熟悉C/C++
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1.本科及以上学历，软件、通信、电子信息等相关专业
2.沟通表达能力佳
3.有一定英语口语能力优先
