Overview

DATA ENGINEER &ndash Marketing & Digital Data

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a highly collaborative data team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines focused primarily on marketing and digital performance data. This role supports both client-facing data solutions and internal data capabilities, working closely with web analysts, media planners, and integrated media teams.

You will contribute directly to building new data solutions and capabilities within the organization&mdashlaying down scalable, high-quality, and well-documented data foundations that power analytics, reporting, and decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior&ndashmid level Data Engineer who wants hands-on ownership and real impact.

What you&rsquoll do

• Design and implement data pipelines processing large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes using tools such as Keboola, custom Python, and SQL-based transformations
• Work with marketing and advertising data sources (e.g. Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, ad servers)
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, availability, and consistency across platforms
• Implement and manage data storage solutions using cloud-based services (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Support dashboarding and visualization projects in collaboration with web analysts (e.g. Google Looker Studio)
• Contribute to audits, reporting files, and technical documentation
• Communicate clearly with clients and respond to data-related requests
• Deliver data engineering trainings or technical explanations to clients in English when required
• Cooperate closely with planning teams and integrated media planners
• Participate in internal projects aimed at improving operational efficiency
• Help shape internal data structures, standards, and corporate data processes
• Prepare internal statistics and analyses for management and group-level reporting
• Participate in onboarding and internal trainings for new data team members

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role (Junior&ndashMid level)
• Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on Python experience
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data warehouses
• Confident professional communication in English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with marketing and advertising data is considered as an advantage
• Familiarity with Snowflake and/or BigQuery, Azure-based data environments and BI or dashboarding tools are considered as an advantage
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude
• High level of autonomy and ownership
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
