We are looking for a passionate Water Resources Design Engineer / Design Manager with a strong technical background to lead the delivery of cutting-edge water resource projects across the West Central region and beyond. You’ll partner with Project Managers and engineers to ensure excellence in design, client satisfaction, and project success—all while working with a dynamic team that feels like family. The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $172,850.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
