Extruder Operator (Day Shift)

Located in Leominster, MA

Salary: $18/hr

We are actively recruiting for machine operators for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines, including loading raw materials and performing startup checks
• Monitor machine operation and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct regular quality inspections and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime
• Unload finished product and prepare for shipping
• Maintain accurate production records and perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication

Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds
• At least 1-2 years of previous machine operating experience required
• Prior experience with extrusion or in a wire and cable manufacturing environment preferred

The hours are Monday to Friday, 6AM – 6PM, with mandatory overtime.

Pay starts at $19/hr. On a weekly basis, you will make at least $1,330/week.
