Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate, Electrical Engineer!

Electrical engineer to lead design and develop a product/module design includes to perform various tasks while working on projects related to digital systems, signal processing and power systems, but includes not limited to involves concept reviews, selection, design and release of an electrical board PCA and developing with a vendor, with an excellent experience in circuit design concepts development, electrical/electronic component selection, designing schematics, with an help of ECAD engineer to release Gerbers to vendors; but also involve development, verification, validation testing, Quality Management Systems, and good vendor interactions to have a focused electrical design and development of a products project team.

Responsibilities

  • Development of prototypes, performance testing and design documentation
  • Test and Qualify electrical and/or power electronics circuitry like Transformers, Breakers, Power Distribution Units, Main Disconnect panels, Power Supply, UPS, Electrical System
  • Preparation verification Test plan, verification test report, documentation, design changes related documentation
  • Update/Create Job cards and Manuals related to the subsystem under development or qualification.
  • EMC compatible design/solution
  • Apply UL/ETL/IEC standards to designs
  • Capture electrical design schematic using an ECAD system for PWAs
  • Identify, select, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade test equipment.
  • Evaluate engineering test plan requests, and determine the best method/approach to achieve results
  • Create, review, and execute development and planning, testing, and analysis activities.
  • Working knowledge of ECR/ ECO or equivalent Part Change Management processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • MTech / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering in any recognized University.
  • Experience in system or electrical module or component design, development activities include inspection and verification of parts, validation testing, excellence in Quality Management Systems [QMS], documentation of writing test plans, reports and with good vendor interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Capability to collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams.
  • Insight into software product design and development processes in an Agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
