Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with expertise in Java backend development and Angular frontend frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that seamlessly integrate client-side and server-side components. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality, secure, and performant solutions that align with business needs. This position plays a key role in advancing the organization’s digital development efforts and supporting innovative platform enhancements.

Software Requirements

• Required:
  • Java (version 8 or higher), Spring Boot, J2EE
  • Angular (v10+)
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • SQL/NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Version control: Git
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins or similar automation pipelines
• Preferred:
  • Microservices architecture, REST API development
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Frontend frameworks: Angular Material, Bootstrap

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Java technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Angular, focusing on reusable components and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver features meeting business and technical standards.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and usability across the full stack.
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Maintain version control and support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Java frameworks (Spring Boot, J2EE) and Angular (v10+).
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database management.
• Prior experience working within Agile teams and supporting continuous delivery.
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in financial, technology, or similar enterprise sectors are preferred.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and enhance backend services and APIs using Java frameworks.
• Build and refine frontend features with Angular, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and improve solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to uphold project quality.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical designs, process workflows, and deployment procedures.
• Support deployment, monitor system performance, and resolve issues rapidly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 11 Developer) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning through courses, certifications, or industry webinars.
• Functional knowledge of cloud deployment, automation tools, and modern development practices.
