As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to implement modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also participate in discussions to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the software development process, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist in the design and development of software components to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages relevant to automation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
