Summary:

We are seeking a Cognitive DevOps professional who combines traditional DevOps expertise with AI-driven intelligence to design, build, and operate self-healing, predictive, and autonomous IT systems. The role focuses on embedding cognition into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational workflows to improve reliability, reduce manual intervention, and accelerate business outcomes.

Youll work closely with developers, QA engineers, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Cognitive DevOps pipelines that leverage AI/ML for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation.
• Integrate AIOps platforms with observability tools (Azure Monitor, Dynatrace) to enable intelligent incident detection and root-cause analysis.
• Develop AI-driven auto-resolution and self-healing automation using runbooks, bots, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible & integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed intelligence into Azure DevOps pipelines for dynamic decision-making, quality gates, and adaptive deployments.
• Implement predictive pattern mapping using telemetry, logs, and historical incident data from ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams to design resilient, autonomous automation platforms.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security are embedded into automation and AI workflows.
• Continuously optimize operational efficiency by reducing MTTR, manual effort, and incident recurrence.

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain IMS automations using agentic AI.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, Pulumi and CrossPlane.
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (Azure, or GCP).
• Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting (Dynatrace, Azure Monitoring).
• Enhance system reliability, security, and scalability through automation and best practices.

Operations & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on uptime and performance.
• Implement security best practices and assist with compliance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development workflows.
