We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Product Customization Project Coordinator to coordinate and deliver customer‑requested and market‑driven customization projects.

In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between country teams, central marketing, product development, supply chain, quality, design, and external partners. You will ensure that each customization request is translated into a clear scope, realistic timeline, and high‑quality deliverable.

This is a key role within our Product Development & Innovation team, requiring strong communication skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customization projects from A to Z
  • Manage all types of customization projects: B2B collaborations, special editions, country‑specific adaptations, and internal customization or personalization requests.
  • Assess incoming briefs and translate them into clear, actionable project scopes and deliverables.
  • Define what is feasible within our product and manufacturing constraints, including personalization techniques, MOQ, lead times, colors, materials.
  • Create detailed project plans including key milestones & responsibilities.
  • Provide clear guidance on technical limitations, minimum order quantities, timing, and required approvals.
  • Ensure that timelines are realistic and aligned with internal capacities and external expectations.
  • Serve as the central communication hub for all customization projects.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders including Product Development, Innovation, Design, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with country teams to ensure needs and expectations are accurately captured and well managed.
  • Track project progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively manage risks.
  • Guarantee that final outputs meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Continuously improve workflows, templates, and ways of working for customization projects.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to explore and assess new personalization technologies, methods, and materials.
  • Support selected Product Development projects when customization workload allows (e.g., seasonal color updates, small facelifts of existing collections).

Profile

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in B2B, FMCG, consumer goods, or product‑driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
  • A good understanding of product development, customization processes, or manufacturing constraints (a strong plus).
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (and project management tools).
  • Excellent command of English.

  • Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments.
  • Background in supply chain, R&D, product management, operations, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with MOQ, lead times, and product industrialization.
