As a System Architect Engineer, you will support teams that design and implement non‑safety control systems. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers across software, hardware, testing, and cybersecurity while building a foundation in industrial control systems and IT infrastructure.

This is a junior‑level position with structured opportunities to grow technically and professionally based on your interests and strengths.

You will report to the GOS Manager; Control and Information System Engineering and be located at our Cranberry, PA facility. This is a hybrid role based in Cranberry. There is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration and administration of DCS systems and test equipment. This includes preparing systems for testing and customer release.
• Help develop drawings, documents and specifications as part of the design process.
• Provide technical support to other teams and customers with support contracts.
• Communicate with vendors to support procurement and issue resolution.
• Install software and patches at customer sites observing field change packages.
• Provide site support during commissioning and startup distributed control systems and related support equipment.
• Develop standard control system architectures including traditional and hyperconverged using virtualization technology (Microsoft Hyper-V).

Qualifications:

• 0+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• 0+ years of experience with IT infrastructure including VMware (vSphere, vCenter, vSan), Hyper-V (including S2D) and Cisco network products.
• 0+ years of experience with Python, GIT, and PowerShell.
• We prefer hands-on experience in an industrial environment.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
