Position Summary: Mixes and serves beverages for customers according to established guest service standards.

Target Pay: $14.22 - $15.80
Essential Job Functions:
- Serves customers as part of a team by anticipating their needs, initiating conversation, and offering assistance when necessary
- Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur
- Remains up to date on drinks and garnishes
- Knows all garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks
- Operates the Micros system, ringing up all drinks, accepting payments, and issuing proper change
- Ensures thorough communication between shifts
- Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of beverage outlets and stations including moving furniture to prepare the space for guests
- Maintains clean and sanitary bar area
- Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of full-service bartending or related experience preferred
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of beverage order processing systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and product knowledge
- Experience assessing and deescalating guest issues and intoxicated guest
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to see, talk, or hear; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Frequently required to walk; stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
