Ready to grow your career in a fun, outdoor environment? Christmas Mountain Village is seeking a Resort Golf Operations Supervisor to support daily ski and golf activities at our year-round resort.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the outdoors, has leadership experience, and feels comfortable being responsible for and working with equipment in a fast paced setting.‑paced setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise daily ski and golf operations and support frontline team members
  • Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues as they arise
  • Support snowmaking activities as weather permits
  • Assist with ski patrol functions when needed
  • Coordinate inventory and seasonal setup/breakdown of ski and golf equipment
  • Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned by leadership

Schedule

  • Full availability including weekends and holidays.

To fulfill this role efficiently, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in ski, golf, resort, outdoor recreation, or related operations
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Able and willing to acquire CPR/First Aid (Adult and Child) and Ski Patrol certifications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
