Golf Shop Associate

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Golf Shof Associate. In this role, you will assure the guest of Trappers Turn Golf Club have the best experience while checking-in golfers, taking tee time reservations, assisting in retail sales and merchandising, handling cash or closing credit card sales, and being an ambassador for the club. To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in retail sales and merchandising
  • Greet customers and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain proper stock levels of inventory
  • Accurately process payments.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and report any issues to management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills by telephone and in person.
  • Ability to be a team player and work with minimal supervision within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present information in one-on-one, small group situations to guests, clients, and other associates is a must.
  • Possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand sales booking systems and Microsoft Word, Excel.
