What You Will Do
? Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes related to sheet metal, liquid cooling, sealing components, plastics, welding process and metal forming.
? Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
? Monitor and analyze process performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process, providing professional support and guidance.
? Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure tooling and equipment design and fabrication meet company requirements.
? Mentor and support engineers and technicians to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
? Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process or tooling engineering, with a focus on sheet metal, liquid cooling, sealing, plastics, and metal forming.
? Proficient in relevant manufacturing technologies and equipment, with strong problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work effectively across departments.
? Project management experience is a plus.
