Your top priority as a Data Solutions Architect is to enable analytics by translating business needs into technical solutions. You’ll work between business teams and engineers to design data models, reports, dashboards, and integrations that bridge internal and external systems. Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and support the implementation of data pipelines, system integrations, storage solutions, and enterprise dashboards.
  2. Develop and optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
  3. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and data scientists to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  4. Deliver well‑documented, reusable, and maintainable data assets.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple data domains, anticipating strategic needs and validating the accuracy of existing reporting.
  6. Mentor analysts on solution design best practices.
  7. Coach analysts and data scientists on effective querying techniques and optimal use of available data resources.

What you will bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Strong SQL and ETL development skills.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience analyzing and/or building data models for supply chain or logistics capabilities (highly desired).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex concepts clearly.
