What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions on complex projects.
  • Own schedules, technical quality, and client expectations while collaborating across disciplines.
  • Design and produce critical deliverables: installation details, MCC single lines, electric room layouts, control diagrams, cable schedules, and more.
  • Work closely with clients and contractors—sometimes on-site—to ensure seamless execution and startup success.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 7 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems
  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
  • Experience with power system software, such as ETAP
  • Experience with generator sizing and paralleling
  • Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
  • Team leadership and client interaction experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • At least 3 years of electrical design experience for semiconductors or data centers
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
  • Medium Voltage (MV) design experience

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $152,100.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
