Supports day to day parts / materials flows / movement and storage location(s). In this role, you will be responsible for receiving / packaging for materials / parts as well as storage in designated location(s), including transportation of bulky items within the site which will require forklift operations.

  • Goods Receiving and issuance of stock against relevant shipping documents
  • Maintains stock records.
  • Unloading/loading of incoming/outgoing goods using forklift.
  • Coordinate with requestor/supplier on arrival of stocks
  • Participate in Company’s annual stock takes as directed
  • Ensures 5S housekeeping and stocks security.
  • Support the Main Store & the supermarket routine replenishment.
  • Receive & dispatch materials/ parts to the right department.
  • Perform work in accordance with standard procedures, specifications, and quality documentation
  • Communicate parts status with cross function team members to meet production needs
  • Ensure compliance with all EHS procedures and requirements
  • Perform documentation of overall material movement and hand-offs as assigned neatly, accurately, and legibly.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Completed Secondary level or higher education. Professional Certificate/Nitec in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations environment is preferred
  • Basic command of English (speak and read)
  • Able to perform rotating shift work
