Position Summary
We are looking for a new Technical Support Engineer to join our AC Presales team!
Role and Responsibilities
- Technical support for questions in the design and sales phase
- Creating sales arguments for the Samsung AC portfolio
- Creation and execution of technical presentations
- System updates regarding the project phase
- High level of knowledge of own and competitor HVAC equipment
- Supporting customers by providing the best solutions to their requirements
- Entering and updating BO and Spec in projects
- Technical comparison with competitors
- Changing competitor equipment in tenders
- Supporting marketing with rechecking literature tech specs
- Creating a database of potential projects on the market and following up
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years in a similar position
- Bilingual (Croatian and English) – Advanced knowledge of English in communication and writing
- Good knowledge of IT systems (MS Office, AutoCAD)
- Technical knowledge of DX and water solutions - HVAC
- Design knowledge
- Product presentation skills and creation of the same
- Communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Accurate
