Assembly Process Engineer

Responsible for process initiating:
Define process according to design requirements
Define technical specifications (machine/tooling/ingredient etc.) and validate them according to company procedure
Publish process related documents
Responsible for process training to operators (theoretical and practical)
Responsible for process control and improvement:
Pilot process risk analysis with PFMEA or other tools.
Monitor process maturity and robustness with MSA, SPC, CP/CPK etc.
Pilot process improvement projects
Participate troubleshooting/investigation and define corrective and preventive action plan
Co-work with product engineers on process change management to ensure compliance and traceability.
Guarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable international standard
Technical support for other process related requests
Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities
Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities
Responsible for fulfill customer's requirement to guarantee good customer's satisfaction

Work related requirements
Education: Bachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineering
Working Experience: At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industries
Knowledge/Skills: Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge
Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.)
Quick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, risk awareness, quality and innovation spirit
Skilled in Office Software, and CAD and 3D modeling Software
