  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Assist with multi‑entity consolidations, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
  • Coordinate the annual audit process, partnering with external auditors and ensuring timely delivery of required documentation
  • Help design, implement, and monitor internal controls, maintaining a strong control environment
  • Prepare management reporting and variance analyses to support leadership decision‑making
  • Partner with FP&A and Operations to improve data accuracy and deliver meaningful financial insights
  • Support special projects and process improvements as the business evolves

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control principles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working in ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience in multi‑entity or high‑growth environments
  • Exposure to audit coordination or process improvement initiatives
