ROLE DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Create and schedule engaging social content for all Viking Careers social media channels
o Prepare Viking Careers’ social media calendar
o Support with increasing Viking Careers’ social media presence
o Find, select and onboard relevant platforms (e.g. job boards, newspapers, magazines)
o Assist in launching paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google
o Support with the preparation and execution of job fairs and other recruiting events
o Assist in advertising and promoting upcoming recruitment events
o Research and select relevant events Viking’s recruiting team can take part in
o Support in creating content (physical and digital) for recruitment purposes
o Assist with recruitment photo/video shoots
o Ensure brand consistency with Viking recruitment partners around the world
o Source user generated content to utilize for recruitment purposes
o Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting on social media, paid media, events
o Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects
o Manage the inventory of recruitment marketing assets
o Source new physical recruitment marketing assets from various vendors
o Prepare creative briefs
o Onboard new vendors
o File and archive documents
o Develop and maintain Recruitment Marketing SOPs
