Your Job

As a Representative of our Customer Success Team, you will leverage your excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver a best-in-class customer experience for our telecommunications and electronics segment. Your role will be essential in supporting our customers throughout their production plans and ensuring seamless service delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Engage directly with customers daily through email, phone, and our Salesforce Service Cloud platform to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Support the Order Management Process, overseeing pre- and post-order activities such as document review for accuracy, ensuring minimum order quantities, and verifying pricing correctness.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales partners to share information and deliver a unified, value-driven message that benefits both Molex and our customers.
  • Manage order changes within the SAP system and compile detailed data reports related to schedule agreement activities.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and departmental trainings to enhance Customer Experience initiatives while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline or automate processes related to your responsibilities, fostering a culture of respectful challenge and innovation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Availability and willingness to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proven customer-facing experience managing inquiries in manufacturing logistics or the Electronics Manufacturing Supplier (EMS) industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas.
