Your Job:

As a Representative of our Customer Success Team, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a best-in-class customer experience for our automotive segment.

You will interact with our systems, including SAP and Salesforce (the world’s top customer relationship platform), providing vital information to help our customers successfully achieve their production plans. What You Will Do:

  • Communicate daily with customers via email, phone, and Salesforce Service Cloud to support their inquiries and needs.
  • Manage pre- and post-order activities ensuring accuracy of documentation, pricing, and order quantities.
  • Collaborate with Sales partners to share information and present unified communication that creates value for Molex and our customers.
  • Process order changes in SAP and generate reports on schedule agreement activities.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas to improve Customer Experience processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate assigned tasks while respecting team input in the challenge process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Availability for hybrid work.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or automotive logistics environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
