About the team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for driving the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. Responsibilities - Drive TikTok ads growth at scale by closely working with and influencing managed agencies - Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with key partners in the ecosystem - Develop and execute various initiatives with key agencies to incubate agencies, deepen agencies' understanding in TikTok and expand penetration of TikTok within the ecosystem - Engage and work closely with internal cross-functional teams for successful Go-to-Market executions via agencies - Manage executive-level agency relationships through key C-level meetings, quarterly reviews, and engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree or above - Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing or business development - Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and achieve the business growth - Experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and deliver results - Experience selling to and managing relationships with B/C-level stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Experience in planning, implementing and analyzing digital marketing solutions such as Google Ads, including YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads. - Ability to leverage business acumen to identify issues, develop solutions for partner needs and influence external stakeholders, and ultimately achieve business growth - Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Self-motivated, and excellent problem-solving skills
