Experience using 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
Equipment introduction, installation, set up, initial operation and commissioning for mass production lines
Process design and optimization, development and improvement of manufacturing processes, cycle time reduction and productivity enhancement
Support NPI and transition to mass production
Stabilize process conditions, ensure product quality, Pilot production and validation
Quality improvement, cost reduction activities
Root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Process optimization through DOE and data analysis
Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
Standardize manufacturing processes, Operator training and technical support
Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering with 4+ years of related work experience and strong process knowledge.
4–5 years of industrial experience in automated manufacturing preferred.
Experience with automated manufacturing lines, including Vision system, MES, CTS, Laser, Robot, and secondary battery equipment.
English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and internal/external partners.
Passion for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.
Hands-on, independent, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience in secondary battery manufacturing, process engineering, equipment, and cell design is a plus.
