Responsibilities:

  • Experience using 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
  • Equipment introduction, installation, set up, initial operation and commissioning for mass production lines
  • Process design and optimization, development and improvement of manufacturing processes, cycle time reduction and productivity enhancement
  • Support NPI and transition to mass production
  • Stabilize process conditions, ensure product quality, Pilot production and validation
  • Quality improvement, cost reduction activities
  • Root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Process optimization through DOE and data analysis
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Standardize manufacturing processes, Operator training and technical support

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering with 4+ years of related work experience and strong process knowledge.
  • 4–5 years of industrial experience in automated manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing lines, including Vision system, MES, CTS, Laser, Robot, and secondary battery equipment.
  • English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and internal/external partners.
  • Passion for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.
  • Hands-on, independent, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in secondary battery manufacturing, process engineering, equipment, and cell design is a plus.
