As a Territory Manager EndoTherapy (TM-ET) at Olympus, you’ll cover the Northwest market in The Netherlands, working closely with healthcare professionals in gastroenterology and pulmonology, including doctors and nurses, as well as key stakeholders such as procurement and department managers.

You’ll promote and sell our EndoTherapy products, provide technical and product support, and demonstrate equipment to clinical staff. This includes tools for digestive and respiratory procedures such as devices for stopping bleeding, tissue removal, and other advanced endoscopy solutions. By supporting healthcare professionals, you’ll help improve efficiency and outcomes while contributing to Olympus’ growth in the Dutch market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in gastrointestinal and respiratory care, as well as key stakeholders (purchasers, biomeds, managers)
  • Promote and sell the Olympus EndoTherapy product range in your territory
  • Demonstrate medical equipment and provide technical and product support during procedures
  • Deliver product training and after-sales support to customers
  • Manage all aspects of your sales territory, including account planning, pipeline management, and tenders
  • Attend exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings to represent Olympus and strengthen customer engagement

Your qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in selling medical devices or a similar field sales role; healthcare background (e.g., endoscopy nurse, physiotherapist, etc.) is highly valued
  • Endoscopy sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
  • Valid driving license in the Netherlands
  • Driven, energetic, passionate, with a self-starting mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as in a team
  • Organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
