Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance/Accounting team in South Africa.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing processes, managing month-end accounts receivable activities, and maintaining effective engagement with both internal and external customers.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience & Education:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant.
- A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
- Completed Grade 12.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Sage 300
Soft Skills:
- Proven ability in team management and fostering a collaborative approach.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to priorities key tasks to deliver on-time month-end close.
- Effective communication (written and telephonic).
