About the Role
You are an integral part of the Decision Support Unit (DSU), providing administrative support to both the Reporting & Analytics team and the Patient Administration System (PAS) team.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data submissions to external agencies while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the DSU.

About DSU
The Decision Support Unit supports St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne by managing key patient and activity data and ensuring the hospital meets its internal and external reporting obligations.
The DSU is made up of two teams—the Patient Administration System (PAS) team and the Reporting & Analytics team. Together, they maintain PAS, support clinical costing, deliver business performance reporting and submit mandatory data extracts to external agencies.
The unit provides accurate, timely and reliable information to help clinicians, managers and external partners make informed decisions. The team works across the main hospital campus and the East Melbourne office, with flexible working arrangements available.
