In a Syndicated credit agreements, Loans Agency is appointed to facilitate administrative tasks of the loan and act as an intermediary between the borrower and lenders. Loans Agency is the unit servicing Unicredit Group as pan-European Commercial Bank across all lending products: Corporate & Acquisition, LBOs, Real Estate, Project Finance, STEF.

What you can expect from us

• Revenues & pipeline reporting
• Outsourced activities incident reporting
• Invoicing to customers of annual fees and out of pocket expenses
• Customer fees booking
• Internal account checks and reporting
• Tax reporting- league table reporting
• Support in preparation of slides for the management

What we expect from you

• Ongoing Study in: Economics and/or Business
• Banking apprenticeship advantageous, but not necessary
• International experience an asset
• Presentation skills
• Interest in economic topics
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Comfortable using MS Office
• Ability to work independently
• Talent for organization
• Target-oriented and structured manner of working
• High affinity for numbers and keen perception
• Proactiveness
