Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a quiet yet dynamic environment? Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team. This is a key role ensuring smooth overnight operations, exceptional guest experiences, and accurate financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and late check-out requests.
• Secure payments, issue/reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy.
• Run nightly audits, prepare reports, and complete system backups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards.
• Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain safety and security of guests and hotel assets during the night.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality experience a plus, but not required).
