Job Description

Join us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

Help us define the future of the UK heating and hot water industry.

We are on a mission to make home comfort green. Our role in Product Management is to ensure the suc-cess of our products now and in the future. We must define, build, and deliver new products that will help the UK decarbonise heating and hot water in both domestic and non-domestic buildings.

Our Product Managers are the CEOs of the Product – responsible for defining and executing the company’s Product strategies (Price, Product, Place, & Promotion).

Here's what you'll experience as a Product Management Intern.

  • Decoding the Market: Become our expert on what customers need and what competitors are doing. You'll dig into the data, benchmark everything, and find the opportunities others miss.
  • Building the Business Case: Transform insights into a powerful plan. You'll prove why the product idea is the right move for the business and for a greener UK.
  • Designing & Launching Products: Go from concept to reality. You'll help define what the product does, how it works, what it costs, and how we'll launch it to the world.
  • Driving In-Market Success: Once a product is live, you'll manage its performance. You’ll analyse its success, adjust its strategy, and make the calls on promotions, updates, and end-of-life decisions.
