To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Support new program equipment launch activity as it relates to startup, debug and achieving performance objectives.
• Maintain a strategy for redeployment and/or obsolescence of exiting robot assets as it pertains to age, hours, application, etc.
• Create Robot training modules tailored to the needs of the maintenance department.
• Maintain PM tracking matrix for hours, greasing, battery, and counterbalance greasing for all Robots.
• Be capable of troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic
• Troubleshoot Technical/Mechanical concerns on equipment and support other skilled trades as required.
• Maintain spare parts and life cycle maintenance schedule.

This salary role is a part of our maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Required experience:

• Five (5) to (8) years of technical hands-on experience related.
• Robot programming languages at an advanced level.
• Fanuc robot teaching and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and ability to work productively for long periods of little to no supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills such as 8D and 5 Whys.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
