- Helping clients file their taxes and ensure the accuracy of various tax forms.
- Prepare their clients to be able to pay any needed fees and review financial record.
- Calculate tax returns, managing communication between clients and tax authorities.
- The tax preparer is responsible for setting up meetings with clients and advising them about saving for taxes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service abilities and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with TaxSlayer Pro
- Tax preparers work with tax managers, who help clients plan out their tax completion process.
- 6+ months of experience.
- Understand the ins and outs of how taxes work and any changes in the preparation process and act accordingly.
