CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (m/w/d)

East Europe, hybrid

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Responsible for development and management of dealer
• Building the plan and executing detergent business in the region
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Responsibility and organisation of the spare parts
• Sale of spare parts, preparation of commercial offers and contracts
• Trainings for service staff of dealers and service partners
• Management of spare parts balances and reporting
• Trainings for service staff of dealers and service partners

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of commercial laundry business (strong advantage)
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Communicative, skills and solution-oriented personality
• Fluent in czech, croatian and english
• You enjoy working with our customers
• Personality with drive, heart and mind
• A desire for teamwork and a great sense of humor
