Are you mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference in people’s lives? Join our Equipped For Life team as a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver and set up essential medical equipment for patients in their homes, ensuring they receive safe, timely, and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen systems, etc.)

Assemble, set up, and educate patients and caregivers on equipment use

Operate company vehicles safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness and service logs

Clean, tag, and inspect equipment upon return

Maintain accurate delivery and service documentation

Participate in on-call rotations for urgent evening/weekend deliveries

Ensure all equipment meets performance standards and is properly labeled

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)

Must be at least 18 years old

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of local roads (preferred)

Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

Must provide a certified copy of driving record annually

Physical & Mental Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (including over 50 lbs.), bending, and pushing/pulling. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to concentrate for extended periods, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
