Do you have a native level of Dutch? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? Then this interests you!

Your mission will be to provide customer service in the Dutch and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

Requirements:

• Required languages: Dutch Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
• Required experience: Experience in customer service.
• Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.

What do we offer you?

• Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
• Full time 39 hours/week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
• Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
• Salary of 23000€ gross per year.
