The Opportunity

  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), six month internship (Pasantía) running from January 2026 to July 2026.
  • Assisting senior staff and gaining exposure on a variety of projects such as urban design, master plans, urban and regional planning, landscape architecture and architectural design.
  • Supporting research and administrative tasks.
  • Developing graphic design and digital inputs for projects and presentations.
  • Coordinating with multiple disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks.
  • Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding trends and best practices in urban and landscape design, city planning, and sustainable architecture and design.

Is this role right for you?

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree (Pregrado) in Architecture
  • Must submit academic grades or transcripts to be considered for this role.
  • Outstanding academic performance and achievements
  • Excellent graphic design skills
  • Academic experience with geospatial analysis (e.g., ArcGIS,), and BIM
  • Solid writing, research, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excell, Adobe Suite, Revit, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Lumion (or similar)
  • Advanced English Skills (verbal and written, B2 or above)
  • Must be enrolled at the following universities: Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Nacional de Colombia - Sede Bogota, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and will need to apply through respective university portal in addition to completing an application here.

Bogotá Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Bogotá is COP 1,750,000 to COP 1,850,000 per month. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Bogotá will differ.
