Job Summary:
The Marketing Strategist is part of a dynamic, high-performing internal marketing department that functions with energy, agility, and collaborative intensity. The marketing department operates as a strategically integrated, insight-driven, and outcomes-focused team. The Marketing Strategist plays an important role within this environment collaborating closely with peers across Communications, Creative, and Digital & Web Strategy to deliver campaigns that support enterprise growth, clinical service line visibility, and patient engagement.
This individual is both a strategic architect and an operational leader and is expected to work collaboratively across functions, proactively contribute to cross-team initiatives, and uphold a standard of marketing excellence that supports Erlanger's mission and enterprise goals.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Experience:
Required:
5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, service line strategy, or agency settings
Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns that produce quantifiable results
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content strategy, and patient journey marketing
Experience collaborating with clinical teams, operational leaders, and multiple internal departments
Preferred:

The Marketing Strategist plays a central role in advancing Erlanger's strategic priorities by leading marketing efforts across assigned clinical service lines. Functioning as an embedded strategist within Erlanger's internal marketing team, this role is responsible for designing and executing data-informed, insight-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results supporting patient acquisition, referral growth, brand visibility, and service line expansion.
