About the team We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads. Seller Acquisition: - Develop and execute sellers acquisition strategies to achieve sellers' business cooperation with TikTok Shop. - Determine the priority of cooperaiton with sellers through the judgement of sellers' conditions and willingnesses. - Master the processes for sellers' cooperation and improve the efficiency. Seller Management: - Communicate and negotiate with sellers to maintain relationship and gain better investment from sellers - Manage sellers about stock, fulfillment, after-sales, etc to ensure sellers' stable sales. - Enhance cross-functional collaboration to drive the sellers' growth

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in sales/operation-related positions. - Possess good judgement and independent thinking ability, and be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes. - Have excellent expression and communication skills, master negotiation skills. - High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, cross functions, and stakeholders who are non-Bahasa Indonesia speakers. Preferred Qualification(s): - Those with working experience in e-commerce companies, retailers, or brand companies are preferred.
