Summer Intern - Corporate Citizenship

Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026 and work approximately 40 hours per week. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

What does a successful Corporate Citizenship Intern do?

A successful intern on the Corporate Citizenship team supports initiatives that advance Fiserv’s social impact strategy, including sustainability, volunteerism, philanthropy, and military and veteran affairs. This role offers practical experience and broad exposure to corporate responsibility programs.

What you will do:

  • Assist in updating and improving sustainability and social impact metrics and dashboards
  • Research and recommend policies and best practices related to corporate responsibility
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for leadership updates
  • Support administration of online platforms (e.g., SharePoint) used for program management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advance sustainability and social impact initiatives

What you will need to have:

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028 in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and should not require future sponsorship
  • 0–2 years of professional work experience

What would be great to have:

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in sustainability or corporate social responsibility
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to changing priorities

Important info about this role:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Salary Range

$36,800.00 - $55,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
