Job Summary/Purpose:

NEXTracker is the leading provider of intelligent solar tracking systems, offering advanced solutions that optimize the performance and reliability of utility-scale solar power plants around the world. Our talented worldwide team is transforming PV plant performance every day with smart technology, data monitoring and analysis services.

As Business is fast extending, P&E team is looking for an integration engineer to support Sales team for Robot Cleaning compatibility review focusing on certain regions. The role is located in Hyderabad, India.

Desired Characteristics & Qualifications:

Self-motivated, independent, technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills

A Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline

3~5 year of mechanical industry experience, additional credits for hands-on experience with robotic systems and compatibility testing.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to manage the full testing lifecycle (setup, execution, follow-up, confirmation). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Proven ability to follow orders from management team and solve complex problems during all tests. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both internal teams and external partners.

Familiar with CAD/Solid works

SECTION THREE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Conduct compatibility testing between NEXTracker and third-party robotic solutions. Identify, document, and report any compatibility issues or performance discrepancies. (including data collection, report generating, info sync)

Support tracker setup and installation of Robot DCT (Design Compliance Test) for specific projects. Closely monitor the testing process, track progress, and provide final confirmation and sign-off on test results.

Continuously review and optimize robotics-related standards, testing protocols, and compatibility procedures. Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of robotic implementations.

Provide technical support to project teams for robotics-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve complex robotic compatibility issues.
